SHOSHANNA’S VIRTUAL SUMMER CAMPS…..

 

Each of our camps will happen virtually through Zoom. They will be live and interactive, and we will have packages to drop off (or mail) before camp with supplies we will use. There might be a few common household items that your camper will need or that might be fun but not required. If anything looks difficult just let us know! We will have you fill out a form before camp that will help us get to know your camper and personalize their package. If you’re not local we can mail your package for the cost of shipping. 

 

The weekend before camp starts we will have some orientation times if you’d like to make sure the Zoom link is working, say hello, and get excited about camp! These summer camps are NOT school, and they are designed to be fun and engaging. We will be silly, creative, and you might see them zip through the house to find a scavenger hunt item, practice for a skit, and work on an art project to share. We will probably have some kind of talent show on the last day of each camp, and you’re welcome to invite family and friends to “join” our Zoom performance to see what we’ve been up to! 

 

This is definitely my first time offering virtual summer camps, but summer camps are one of my favorite things to do, and I’m excited about the types of projects and activities my wonderful helpers and I are cooking up. 

 

Wizarding Camp: Septima Crystalvane’s Virtual Summer Academy of Wizardry

Septima Crystalvane invites magical and muggle friends of all wizarding schools and backgrounds for her 3rd annual Wizarding Summer program. Be sorted into your house of Embrador or Firewild and partake in favorite summer camp clubs such as Herbology, Potions, Wizard Dueling and Wandwork, Care of Magical Creatures, Divinations, Astronomy, and the ever-popular skit-creating Drama Club. There will also be games, quizzes, house points, a Daily Prophet news show and special guests and surprises. This camp is designed for ages 7-12 years and runs 9:00am - 3:00pm at our interactive Zoom campus. You will receive a package with supplies for camp ahead of time that will be delivered by owl post. 

 

Monday July 6 - Friday July 11 - FULL DAY CAMP

9:00am - 3:00pm
(Campers may attend all day or as desired. Our schedule will be given ahead of time.)

 

$100 for your all-access weeklong pass.
Add $40 for an additional camper in the same house.
 

Please register for this camp by June 20th
(earlier if you live out of the area, please).
This camp has a limit of 20 wizards.

ALICE IN WONDERLAND CAMP with Shoshanna

 

This camp will be curiouser and curiouser for sure! Join us in an all day zany adventure as we play, make art, and delve into the fantastic quirky characters of Wonderland. Camp runs 9am-3pm but all are welcome to come and go as they please. Our days will be themed with the White Rabbit (Monday), Caterpillar and Butterflies (Tuesday), Queen of Hearts (Wednesday), Cheshire Cat (Thursday) and of course the Mad Hatter always gets Friday because we’re all mad here! Our grand finale will be a Mad Tea Party and sharing music videos that we will try to collect and make things for during the week. It just might be spectacularly preposterous, as we try to imagine as many impossible things as we can and have a delightful time. 

The white rabbit will deliver the package of supplies needed for our various adventures including a tea cup and saucer for our Friday tea parties!
